No Refunds or Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, kindly follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number along with a description of the issue.

  3. Unpacking Video: Send a clear video of the full unpacking process, from opening the package to showing the damaged or missing product. 

    🚚 Return Shipping Policy

    If a replacement is approved:

    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

    • Rs. 400 shipping fee will be charged when we send the replacement item back.
